How to place an order with us
Please complete your order using our online store.
Home Delivery:
Select the ‘Delivery’ at checkout. Delivery price is based on how much you spend. (Prices can be found on the ‘Delivery’ page here) You must pay for delivery upfront on your credit/debit card. We do not accept cash.
Shop Collection:
Select ‘Shop Pickup’ at checkout. Collection is free of charge. Orders are usually ready in 1 – 2 business days (stock dependant) – Please note we only hold collections for 5 days, so please collect in good time.
We are only able to hold collections for 5 days
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. PLEASE do not attempt collection before this is received to avoid any unnecessary waiting
Payments Accepted:
We accept payments via Credit/Debit card or cash for in store collections. We also accept AMEX.
Home deliveries and online collections are subject to a minimum ordering fee of £30.00. You can pickup smaller items in store.
If browsing at our unit please note we accept card payments but with a minimum spend of £30.00 – Cash is accepted for smaller purchases
Our Online Loyalty Scheme
You will receive 1 Carniraw loyalty point for every order you place online that is £80.00 or over. These points can be used against future orders by redeeming at the checkout.
Don’t forget we also offer our in store loyalty card, so be sure to pick one up if you spend over £30.00
