How to place an order with us
Please complete your order using our online store.
Home Delivery: DELIVERIES CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Select the ‘Delivery’ at checkout. Delivery price is based on how much you spend. (Prices can be found on the ‘Delivery’ page here) You must pay for delivery upfront on your credit/debit card. We do not accept cash.
Shop Collection:
Select ‘Shop Pickup’ at checkout. Collection is free of charge. Orders are usually ready in 1 – 2 business days (stock dependant) – Please note we only hold collections for 5 days, so please collect in good time.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. PLEASE do not attempt collection before this is received to avoid any unnecessary waiting

Payments Accepted:
We accept payments via Credit/Debit card or Cash in store. We also accept AMEX.
Online orders are subject to a minimum ordering fee of £20.00. You can pickup smaller items in store.
In Store Loyalty Scheme
You will receive 1 stamp per in store transaction of £30.00 or more. Collect 6 stamps and receive £5.00 off. Pick up your card in store and start collecting today.

Our Online Loyalty Scheme
You will receive 1 Carniraw loyalty point for every order you place online that is £80.00 or over. These points can be used against future orders by redeeming at the checkout.
